About Blogging

  • A blog is like a personal website which you write on regularly.
  • A blogger is a person who keeps and updates a blog.
  • A post is when you write something and put it on your blog.
  • Anyone with a computer and internet access can see your blog.
  •  People can leave comments on a blog post and they can see other people's comments, too.
  • You can edit your own post anytime you like.
  • Never copy and post work that is not your own.

    * Never post your family name on the blog!
    *Never post personal information such as your address, phone number, passport number or bank details on the blog. EVER!
    * Never arrange to meet or talk with someone on the internet that you do not know. EVER!
    * Always use polite language on the blog.
    * Never write something to someone that you wouldn't say to their face.
    * Before you post your work- think! Is it the best work that you can do? Would you be happy for your parents, teacher and friends to see your writing?
